We regard all personal data as confidential and process them in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
By virtue of Article 13 of the Regulation, as a data controller, we provide the customer as the data subject with information about the processing of his personal data.

- Purposes and legal basis for processing Personal Data
The processing of personal data in range of: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number (“hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”), is necessary for communication with clients and therefore the data subject’s consent is not required. If the Personal Data are not communicated, the service cannot be provided.
In addition, Personal Data processed include IP address and site usage statistics.
The main purpose of personal data processing is to:
- receive and process a request from a contact form and communication with a client
- basic analytics of user behavior on the website
Personal data will be stored for the purposes of any disputes or for the purpose of complying with the legislative requirements given by local legislation or EU legislation.
At the same time, we expressly request that the user not disclose his / her health data and other data in the sensitive data category. We never require such data and it is not in our interest to process such personal data in any way. However, if the customer voluntarily communicates this information and clearly discloses it, he does so at his own risk.
- Rights of the data subject
You are entitled to request access to you Personal Data, rectification or deletion of your Personal Data, as well as restrictions on the processing of Personal Data. You have the right to object to the processing of Personal Data and the right to portability of Personal Data. All these rights can be implemented in written or electronic form via the above mentioned contact details. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
